Dear parents/carers

Class 11 - Dosbarth Pontrhydyfen (Mrs Strong) and Class 12 - Dosbarth Merthyr Tydfil (Mrs Cook) are going on a school trip on Friday 5th July 2024 to Castell Coch. This trip will take place during school time.

The cost of this trip is £7.80 per child and is payable via CivicaPay.  Please log into your child's account and make the payment by clicking on the trip.  https://education.civicapayments.co.uk/

Children will need a packed lunch (please indicate below if you would like your child to have a free school meal packed lunch provided) with no glass bottles.  Pupils should wear school uniform with sensible footwear and a waterproof coat and/or sun hat and sun cream, depending on the weather on the day.

No spending money is needed for this trip.

If your child requires medication (e.g. asthma pump, epi-pen etc.) please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.
