Thank you for your interest in your child attending Gilwern.

Please can you complete the consent form below to confirm your commitment to your child attending the trip.

The trip to Gilwern Outdoor Education Centre will include team building exercises, gorge walking, canoeing, climbing, forest skills, mountain walk/geocaching but final activities will be confirmed closer to the time.

There is a meeting about the trip on Wednesday 1st May at 5pm in the Junior Hall.

The dates of the course are Monday 10th - Friday 14th June 2023.

The cost of the five days will be £395.00

Medical form and a kit list have been sent to parents/carers and are below.

Payments will need to be made by CivicaPay and are available on your child's account now; you are welcome to pay off in increments weekly, in batches by the dates below or you can pay the full balance straight away if you prefer.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required by Friday 10th November 2023 to secure your child’s place.  
Second Payment of £195 will be required by Friday 1st March 2024.
Third and final payment of £150 will be required by Friday 3rd May 2024.
