Dear parents/carers,

Year 6 are taking a trip to Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School on Thursday 3rd July for a rugby session. Please note this is for all pupils in Year 6 regardless of which secondary school they will be attending.

We will be walking the children to Croesyceiliog. Please could children wear PE kit with sensible footwear and sun hat/sun cream or a waterproof coat, depending on the weather on the day.

There is no cost for the visit.

Children will need a packed lunch and a drink, with no glass bottles or you can select for your child to be provided one by the canteen if you would like a school packed lunch.

If your child requires medication i.e. asthma pump/epi-pen, etc please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.

Please complete the permission form below as soon as possible but by Thursday 26th June.
