Dear Parent/Carer,

Class 11 - Dobsarth Pontrhydyfen (Mrs George) and Class 12 - Dosbarth Merthyr Tydfil (Mrs Cook) will be visiting Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo, Ross-On-Wye on Wednesday 16th July 2025.  

The cost of this trip is £17.00 per child and is payable via CivicaPay.  Please log into your child's account and make the payment by clicking on the trip.  This includes the cost of the coach, entry to the Butterfly Zoo and a round of miniature golf also.

The trip will take place during school time and pupils will need to bring a packed lunch (please indicate below if you would like your child to have a free school meal packed lunch) with no glass bottles.  Pupils should wear school uniform with sensible footwear and a waterproof coat and/or sun cream and sun hat, whichever is suitable for the weather on the day.

If your child requires medication (e.g. asthma pump, epi-pen etc.) please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.
