BOATING LAKE TRIP POSTPONED - New date to follow

Dear parents/carers,

Class 5 (Dosbarth Tredegar - Mrs Havelot) is taking a series of trips in our local area in June and July.
All the trips will take place during the school day and there is no cost for these trips as the children will be walking in each case.

Trip 1 - Friday 6th June 2025 - Cwmbran Boating Lake
Trip 2 - Friday 20th June 2025 - Blaen Bran
Trip 3 - Friday 4th July 2025 - Pontnewydd woods to dam the stream

Please could you provide a packed lunch or indicate on the form below if you'd like your child to be provided with free school meal packed lunch from the canteen for the trips.

Trip 1 and 2 are switched around from the diary dates.
For trip 1 and 2 please could the children wear school uniform with sensible footwear for walking. Please could they be dressed appropriately for the weather on the day (i.e. waterproof coat/sun hat and sun cream as necessary).
For trip 3 pupils do not need to wear school uniform but please could they wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind them getting wet in. We advise that your child wears wellies and brings spare shoes and socks to school along with a hand towel.
