Annwyl parents/carers,

Year 5 are taking a trip to Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School on Monday 29th June for a Health and Wellbeing Event.  Please note this is for all pupils in Year 5 regardless of which secondary school they will be attending.

The morning will be a fun morning full of games as well as opportunities to meet with other Year 5 pupils in our cluster before more transition events next year. 

We will be walking the children to and from Croesyceiliog.  Please could children wear PE kit with sensible footwear and sun hat/sun cream or a waterproof coat, depending on the weather on the day.

There is no cost for the visit.

Children will need a packed lunch and a drink, with no glass bottles or you can select for your child to be provided one by the canteen if you would like a school packed lunch. We will leave Croesyceiliog school around lunch time and stop off for a picnic in the park on the way back to our school.

If your child requires medication i.e. asthma pump/epi-pen, etc please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.  

Please complete the permission form below as soon as possible but by Friday 19th June.
