Annwyl parent/carer,

We have a concert we're singing at coming up on Tuesday 9th June and an event we are singing at on Saturday 20th June and are seeking your permission for your child to attend.

The concert is taking place at Llanyravon Methodist Church and we are performing alongside Pontnewydd Ladies Choir.  Children should meet just outside the church by 5.45pm.
The concert is due to start at 6pm.

Parents/carers and family members are welcome to attend the concert, tickets are available on the door on the night priced at £5 each. The profits for the concert will be split between ourselves and Pontnewydd Ladies Choir.

On the evening of the concert, please could the children wear smart shoes, school trousers/skirt and a white shirt/blouse.  We will provide a tie for the children to wear on the evening.

If your child requires medication (e.g. asthma pump, epi-pen etc.) please ensure they have it with them on the evening of the concert.  

On Saturday 20th June we are singing during the day at Llanyrafon Primary's festival. The event is running 12pm-7pm and is set to be a great day out for the family. We haven't been given any allocated times for performing yet but we'll let you know the information when we have it.Tickets are available at an early bird price of £3.50 per person, you would not need to purchase a ticket for your Glee child as all performers can enter for free.
