Annwyl Parent/Carer,

Dosbarth Caerdydd (Class 1, Miss Keenan) are taking two local trips in June and July 2026, there is no cost for any of these trips as the children will be walking.

They will be visiting...
- Aldi, Cwmbran on Monday 15th June 2026.
- Maendy Way Shops on Thursday 9th July 2026.

In each case the children will be in school for lunch as normal so there is no need to provide or order a packed lunch.

Please ensure your child is wearing school uniform and has a waterproof coat (suitable for the weather on the day) or sun hat/sun cream and suitable footwear for walking.

The children will be visiting Aldi to get ingredients for the pizzas for the Special Gentlemen's Pizza and a Pint (of Squash) afternoon (please see the separate form about this).
The children will be visiting the chip shop at Maendy Way Shops. They will only have a few chips each so this is not instead of their lunch, they will still have lunch in school as normal.
