Annwyl Parent/Carer,

Class 7 - Dosbarth Saundersfoot (Miss Angel-Farmer), Class 9 - Dosbarth Tongwynlais (Mrs George) and Class 10 - Dosbarth Pembroke (Mrs Thomas) will be visiting Greenmeadow Community Farm on Wednesday 14th October 2026.

We will be walking to the farm.The cost of entry plus a workshop for butter making is £7.30 per child and is payable via CivicaPay.  Please log into your child's account and make the payment by clicking on the trip. (https://education.civicapayments.co.uk)

Children will need a packed lunch (please indicate below if you would like your child to have a free school meal packed lunch provided) with no glass bottles.  Pupils should wear school uniform with sensible footwear for walking to, from and around the farm and please send a waterproof coat in case of rain on the day.

If your child requires medication i.e. asthma pump/epi-pen, etc please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.
