Dear parent/carer,

We have a concert coming up on Tuesday 28th April and are seeking your permission for your child to attend.

The concert is taking place at the Congress Theatre where we are performing alongside other schools as part of the annual choral festival.  Children should meet just outside the Congress Theatre by 5.30pm.
The concert is due to start at 6pm with Pontnewydd being the second choir of three. The concert is due to finish at approximately 7pm and after this we will dismiss the children from the foyer area.

Parents/carers and family members are able to watch the performance and there will be tickets for sale, available from the school office now. These are priced at £2 each. We only have 80 tickets allocated to us so please note these are on a first come first served basis.

On the evening of the concert, please could the children wear smart shoes, school trousers/skirt and a white shirt/blouse.  We will provide a tie for the children to wear on the evening.

If your child requires medication (e.g. asthma pump, epi-pen etc.) please ensure they have it with them at the club and on the evening of the concert.
