Dear parents/carers,

Dosbarth Saundersfoot (Class 7 - Miss Angel-Farmer), Dosbarth Tongwynlais (Class 9 - Miss Rogers/Mrs George) and Dosbarth Pembroke (Class 10 - Mrs Thomas) are going on a school trip on Monday 13th October 2025 to Plantasia, Swansea.

The bus will be leaving at 8.45am so please could your child be in school for 8.30am.

The cost of this trip with funding from the Friends of Pontnewydd is £15.90 per child and is payable via CivicaPay (https://education.civicapayments.co.uk/).  Please log into your child's account and make the payment by clicking on the trip.  The price includes travel to and from Swansea, entry to Plantasia and a workshop for the children.

Children will need a packed lunch (please indicate below if you would like your child to have a free school meal packed lunch provided) with no glass bottles.  Pupils should wear school uniform with sensible footwear and a waterproof coat.  Please note that it gets very warm in the indoor rainforest so please ensure they have a polo shirt on so they can take their jumper/cardigan off.

No spending money is needed for this trip.
