Dear Parent/Carer,

Class 11 - Dobsarth Pontrhydyfen (Miss Vaughan) and Class 12 - Dosbarth Merthyr Tydfil (Mrs Cook) will be visiting Bristol Aquarium on Friday 17th October 2025.  

The cost of entry and the transport per child is £15.55 with support from the Friends of Pontnewydd and is payable via CivicaPay.  Please log into your child's account and make the payment by clicking on the trip. (https://education.civicapayments.co.uk).

The bus is leaving at 8.50am so please could children be in school by 8.40am.

Pupils will need to bring a packed lunch with no glass bottles (or please indicate below if you would like the school to provide a packed lunch).  Pupils should wear school uniform with sensible footwear and a waterproof coat that is suitable for the weather on the day.

If your child requires medication (e.g. asthma pump, epi-pen etc.) please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.
