Annwyl parents/carers,

Class 11 - Dosbarth Pontrhydyfen (Miss Vaughan) and Class 12 - Dosbarth Merthyr Tydfil (Mrs Cook) are taking a trip to Cwmbran Library on Tuesday 10th March and will have a storytelling session, an activity and the opportunity to bring a book back to school. Miss Vaughan will be sending library card slips home for anyone who doesn't currently have a library card.

The trip will take place during school time.  There is no cost for this trip as the children will be walking.

Please could you provide a packed lunch or indicate on the form below if you would like your child to be provided with a free school meal packed lunch from the canteen as we will be eating our lunch at the library.

If your child requires medication (e.g. asthma pump, epi-pen etc.) please ensure they have it with them on the day, without it they will be unable to participate in the trip.  Pupils should wear school uniform with sensible footwear for walking and a waterproof coat suitable for the weather on the day.
