Dear parents/carers,

There is a Christmas school trip on Monday 9th December 2024 to Blackwood Miner's Institute Theatre for pupils in Reception (Class 1 - Dosbarth Caerdydd), Year 1 (Class 3 - Dosbarth Abertawe and Class 4 - Dosbarth Tregaron) and Year 2 (Class 5 - Dosbarth Tredegar) to watch the pantomime of Beauty and the Beast.  This trip will take place during school time.
Please note this date is different to the original date on the diary dates.

The cost of this trip is £15.00 per child and is payable via CivicaPay.  Please log into your child's account and make the payment by clicking on the trip.  You can make the payment in instalments if you prefer but the final balance will need to be paid by Monday 2nd December 2024. (https://education.civicapayments.co.uk/).
For those in Reception or new pupils who haven't previously registered you should have received an email from Civica inviting you to join.

This trip will take place in the morning leaving school at 8.40am so please could children be in for 8.30am.
They will return just after lunchtime so will need to take a packed lunch with them, or you are welcome to order a packed lunch in advance from school. Please indicate if you'd like a free school meal packed lunch provided for your child on the form below.

No spending money is needed for this trip.
